Courtney + Ron || Engaged || Hotel Figueroa Los Angeles

Courtney and Ron’s first dates were at Hotel Figueroa, the monumental hotel in Downtown Los Angeles with the giant HOTEL FIGUEROA sign atop it. The coolest part? Since the owner has a softspot for couples that fell in love there, he let us lounge in on the roof for some epic portraits. Like i’ve always said, the best shots are the shots that express who you are. When we sat down and talked about Courtney and Ron’s e-session, so many ideas came to play, but after bouncing great ideas back and forth, we came up with Poker Mondays and quiet nights with Mojitos at Hotel Figueroa. I loved the Moroccan decor and ambience and the way Courtney and Ron’s fun personalities fit well with the area and my style. They just made shooting their wedding so much easier. I think you’ll enjoy these photos, theres a little background to some of these photos, but I think you’ll be able to figure it out when you see them! Please enjoy!

Leslie + Joel || Married || Franciscan Gardens – San Juan Capistrano

Last month, the JustinElement team went down to San Juan Capistrano to shoot Leslie and Joel’s wedding at the Franciscan Gardens. It was my first time shooting here, and it’s a beautiful little venue. We shot the wedding party at the mission, which I am sure you all know I am very familiar with. It was a change though, shooting an entire wedding party here rather than just the bride and groom, but it still turned out great nonetheless. Leslie and Joel are an amazing couple and were a lot of fun to shoot, especially when we took their wedding photos after the ceremony. Thanks again Leslie and Joel for being so patient, I hope these are worth it!! Please enjoy the photos!
