Its been a busy busy month of weddings, engagements and maternities, so I thought it might be a little hard to remember everything that happened at Mark and Iris’s wedding. I couldn’t have been more wrong. After going through every photo everything came back to me, Mark and Iris had the wedding with everything! I’ve known Mark and Iris ever since I shot John and Dyan’s wedding a very long time ago. Mark and Iris have become great friends and over these last couple years, I’ve been able to see why Mark and Iris have a natural knack for bringing people close to them. One of the most selfless couples I know, Mark and Iris had two beautiful wedding days with almost everything you can imagine. You might remember their day in December at Wayfarers in Palos Verde and at the Redondo Beach Pier. But they also had their engagement and after session with me, which is now on my opening splash page. They are the spokesmodels for Justin Element Photography ;)
At their September wedding they had it at a private mansion, hosted at the Santiago Canyon Mansion run by my friends Mona Hassan and Atrina Mirza at the Bridal and Events Lounge in Tustin, they had creative décor with a travel the world theme of all their favorite places. Everyone was able to try a little bit of everything from the different ends of the world (definitely the most creative dinner I’ve seen yet), killer dessert bar that was both beautiful and yummy, special performances, witty speeches with visual props, cultural dances, a two story bouquet toss, a ceiling double viewing slideshow, billiards, ping pong, dancing and to top it off, an open bar.
Not much more I can say about this epic wedding, I loved every moment about it. Thanks again for letting me be a part of your big days and being great friends. Can’t wait to go on our food runs soon with the two of you, and your future mini me’s ☺
