Brenda + Colin || Engaged || Teasers

Brenda and Colin did an engagement session with me at Old Town Orange with their dogs a couple months ago and this time around, they really wanted to do something more Los Angeles. Because it was their second shoot, we got to skip the tutorial and the practice shots and went straight into the heart of my process and technique. I was able to focus on more creative photos rather than trying to knock out all the “go-to/must-haves” that I look for, since I already knew we had a lot of those in the last shoot. That means I was really looking for creative compositions, great lighting, and beautiful backdrops. These teasers really illustrate what I mean by showcasing these different types of shots, spanning from beautiful strips of light, strong lines, reflections, and silhouettes. See what I mean below!

Charlene + Michael || Engaged || Los Angeles

Char and Mike followed me down the streets of Little Tokyo and the LA Graffiti walls to find some of the best hole in the wall spots and beautiful walls of art. I’ll be shooting their wedding in November and am glad to be a part of their day. I met Char and Mike back in college and have always comfortable with them and can only hope that they feel the same with me, especially with my work and how I shoot. From the way these photos look though, I can’t imagine they won’t be masters of posing for their wedding. Check out all these fun shots, please enjoy!

Christina + Passion || Engaged || Teasers

I had a great time capturing these moments with Christina, Passion, their daughter, and their two dogs. We got a really good mix of photos and got to explore some spots in Venice I’m not used to seeing. Lots to share in the main post, so for now stay tuned! Please enjoy.
