Another very overlooked part of the day is the very morning of the wedding when our couples get ready. Most brides really minimize their mornings with their photographer and try to squeeze everything in under an hour, but really thinking about all the things that happen: hair and makeup, exchange of gifts, toasts, getting into the dress, putting on jewelry and shoes, and bridal solos; how can you really do it all in under an hour? Your rings, wedding dress, and shoes may end up being the most important objects at your wedding, but many time I’ve seen them the most overlooked as well. Some photographers will just grab the dress and rings shoot them over a bed or at a window opening, but really give these shots no other attention.
