Nallely + Victor || Wedding Photos || Metropol, Glendale

One thing that Nallely, Victor and their friends and family know how to do well is HAVE A GOOD TIME. Wow. It was nothing but awesome energy, fun times and good vibes all day. Nallely and Victor had a mix of your modern wedding traditions and Mexican traditions throughout their wedding day. Despite another wedding happening at the Pasadena City Hall where we were going to shoot, it all worked out in the end with their awesome photo session. With a little bit of adaptability and creative thinking, we created some amazing shots and moments with these two. Please enjoy!

Photo Portfolio Updated 2016

This project was a lot harder than I thought it would be – I gathered my favorite images from the last 8 years – 371 weddings and 3 million snaps.
Finding photography has literally saved my life, it’s brought me to explore the world around me, from hidden gems in my own city’s backyard, to the most beautiful and breathtaking places in the world. But it has also helped me explore myself. I’ve been given the opportunity to meet and know people from all walks of life and share my experiences with others following down the same path.

I only hope my journey is far from over and I’m able to explore, be curious, and excited for what the world has in store for my passion – just like that year old me picking up his camera for the first time at science camp. In the end, I hope 4 minutes isn’t even close to enough to share it all.

– I am not passionate about photography, I am passionate about losing myself in the moment.

Stephanie + Hero || Wedding Photos || Long Beach, CA

When you get the chance to photograph a one-of-a-kind wedding, one where the couple wants to do something completely different, you take that opportunity! When I first met Stephanie and Hero on our first consultation/meeting, I connected with them right away. With all three of us having some mutual friends and being from the same area (Long Beach, Cerritos, Carson), we had a lot in common as people. Stephanie and Hero didn’t want a big, elaborate reception program for their wedding. They wanted the main event of the day (for themselves!) to be the Photo Session with me. They emphasized how they really wanted me to capture who they really were as people and the city that they represented. Inspired by them, I instantly thought of shooting in Downtown Long Beach. What better way to show who this couple is than by photographing them right in their neighborhood? They took direction from me very well and part of that was just having that rapport that we’ve previously built in the past. Oh and the awesome throwback music that I had playing off of my portable speakers. =) BIG BIG thanks to Stephanie and Hero again for being such an awesome couple to work with. More to come! Stay tuned!
