Kim and Joe, Arkansas natives, just tied the knot here in Laguna Beach last weekend with their close friends and family. Kim, Joe, and even their bridal party were all so easy to direct and shoot and I’m just really glad I was able to get those creative juices flowing. Check these teasers out! Real stuff will be up in a few weeks. Please enjoy.
And here’s just one of my favorites. Gotta love those moments when your eyes see something and your hands just automatically pull up and release the shutter. Love
Gotta put this one up at the top of my list! Hawaii was incredible! I did this one alone, Gaby backed me up though after she did the girls’ makeup but for the most part this one was a solo day. Destination weddings are incredibly fun but just like Thailand and in a few months, Dominican Republic – They’re exhausting! But nevertheless, you gotta perform and I have to admit I’m love these photos.
So here’s the breakdown, Mae and Christian used to go to high school with me and contacted me to do their wedding in Hawaii a while back. They flew us out to Hawaii this summer to shoot their wedding at the Disney Aulani Resort, which was the most perfect location for them since they both love Hawaii and Disney! It was great spending the week out in Hawaii hanging out with Mae, Christian and all of their family and friends. It’s always great hearing about old friends getting married, and even better when I actually get to be a part of the wedding day. Mae and Christian are such an amazing couple and we wish you both the best of luck on your new adventure.
Brian and Palesa’s big day fell during my trip to Hawaii but my team was able to get out there and cover it nevertheless and I haven’t been happier with their work. Brian and Palesa have always been supportive of our creative ideas and trusting with all our photos. Its been a pleasure getting to know these two over the last year, they really brought their life and personality to these photos. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your big day and we hope you enjoy all your photos! The full set of photos can be found here. Please enjoy!
