Ashley + John || Engagement Photos || Sacramento, CA

As soon as I finished working on Nancy and Thomas’ wedding I jumped on a plane to Sacramento to catch Ashley and John at their new home in Sacramento. Ashley and John have such a beautiful history together where they lived in Hawaii just previously and now in Sacramento. I really wanted to do their session in Hawaii and relive those days they had, but since they’re now in Sacramento it wasn’t a bad idea to showcase what they had there as well and I have to admit their all you can eat shabu shabu hits the spot :) I’m still dreaming of it. SO lots to see as we ran around old town Sacramento and created some amazing work, I love these, thanks for having us come up, it was great quick trip! Please enjoy!

Clarissa’s 18th Birthday Debut || Pacific Palms Resort || City of Industry

It’s always nice to switch things up a bit from all the weddings we work to shoot an 18th birthday party. This wasn’t just any 18th birthday party though, it’s what’s known in the Filipino community as a Debut. Think of it like a Sweet 16/Cotillion on steroids. Clarissa’s older brother Jan pretty much planned the whole event and took care of every little detail. Talk about sibling love! My team and I had a blast being amongst their family and friends. They were all so much fun to be around, it wasn’t like work at all. From shooting lots of fun photos with the family, the court, and even with all the guests present, to getting down on the dance floor myself later that night, the day flew right by and before we knew it, we had to wrap up our “work” day. Big thanks to Clarissa, Jan, their parents, the awesome court, and the rest of the family for making the day so memorable for my team and I. Take a scroll down and enjoy!

Kira + Jeff || Wedding Photos || Franciscan Gardens, San Juan Capistrano

Kira and Jeff had a beautiful wedding at the Franciscan Gardens in San Juan Capistrano which we’re definitely not strangers to. We were able to present them their same day edit video topped with drone footage from their first look and venue. I’ve never seen the gardens from a better perspective and Kira and Jeff made it so perfect. Their lip sync competition took the cake and I wouldn’t have done it any other way. Thanks for being a great couple to us Kira and Jeff, please enjoy!
