After my latest travel adventure to Japan this past March, this was the perfect wedding to start off the Associate Photo Team’s Spring season. We teamed up with our awesome video team led by Dominique for this one as well. Welcomed like family from the very first minute we started shooting, all the way to enjoying the best party jams from the live band/DJ combo at the reception. First time doing an engagement shoot at the LA Arboretum and I didn’t realize how awesome it was to get a golf cart to take us around and not be in the scorching sun. We’ve been here for weddings but just having the entire place even after hours to do whatever we wanted was nothing short of unique and amazing. Carson and Gerrie were also the easiest people to work with and really killed it at this sesh, I have alot of photos to get to editing so more to come in a few weeks. Please enjoy these teasers!

Here’s part two of why Dom and I went to Japan. Chiell and Nick were the first couple to ask us to come out and capture their engagement session. They took care of most of our expenses in coming out there and we took advantage of an amazing opportunity. We have so much to show you soon as we grind out all the weddings and personal work before the end of this month. ( Wedding Season starts in May so hitting it hard before then ) I’m loving these shots, but I have to admit, having a backdrop like Shibuya or Ueno park makes things so easy!
