This wedding is very close to my heart. Mai Chi and Peter have been amazing friends and travel companions these past couple years and have really made an imprint in my life. I’m so glad to be able to be friends, shoot, and vacation with these two. Thanks so much for having me cover your special day and just being you. Almost made it out of the backlog but then my team shot two different weddings this weekend meaning I have to finish one from last week and two from this week. My goal of no backlog is still alive and since we’re shooting back to back each weekend all the way into May culminating with a wedding trip to Cambodia, the strong just don’t sleep. With that being said, this last weekend I was blessed to be with two new friends May and Nate who were just amazing. Their wedding day was filled with so much love, good vibes, and just quirk. I always feel like things are just right when I’m with them and they made shooting their wedding so easy. Here are just a few teasers to pass the time, lots more in about 2 weeks hopefully! Things kind of aligned nicely with Jerrilyn and Paulo’s wedding, our date was still open and their wedding was a full go early this year. They also sandwiched their weddings in between 2 of their friends weddings which I did last year and i’m doing next week, so other than really good vibes, I get to shoot and hang out with some of my favorite people. I’m still crossing my fingers we travel to Greece or something soon enough to capture one more session with these guys, but I’ll have to do some nudging. Other than that though, I got to play with some cool shots and unique ideas at this wedding, hope you notice the really cool shots below.
