My month of may starts off strong, this is no doubtedly going to be my busiest month ever, I haven’t started it at the starting line either, i’m a few feet back since i still have to finish editting Cathy and Marc’s maternity shoot and Adrienne and Jamel’s engagement shoot. But what was awesome was i did get to start it off with an absolutely beautiful 360 degree LA, OC, Catalina, Inland empire viewfront at the Andrade residence in La Habra Heights for Lisa and Vireak’s wedding. I did Lisa and Vireaks engagement shoot a couple weeks back in LA and I was incredibly happy to cover their wedding, and wow. The outdoor ceremony to the beautiful reception, the bridal and groom portraits, and even the sneak away secret sunset session we had. Lisa and Vireak were so fun and easy to talk to, get along with, and take pictures of because of their energy. Our team and the videography team kept a high octane energy flow and did this wedding solid! If there’s anything I know I can do at a wedding, it’s keepin it fun. I loved loved loved shooting today and we all had a blast. Special thanks to the wedding coordinators Connie Yee and Albert, Alin for the extra help, all the help from Lisa and Vireaks family, Zach Goldman and Brianna the videographers, Gaby for helping light and helping with the make up and anything Lisa needed, and Michael Tremaine and Tony Tran for assisting and second shooting and making it through the 12 hour day. Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful. Thank you for sharing your special day with Gaby and I. I hope you love these pictures as much as I do! :]
Here’s a preview, let me take you through the entire day!
Lisa’s Beautiful Dress

Vireak getting ready!

The Wedding Rings

Vireak got ready and we did his groom portraits

Then Lisa got ready and did her bridal portraits, her shoes are so cool and she looks so beautiful

Finally Lisa and Vireak got to see each other for the first time before the wedding, this was the first time i witnessed this happen. Most weddings the groom sees his bride for the first time when she is walking down the aisle, but i think i like this idea better because since they got to see each other before the wedding, we got to do some portraits of them together right when they saw each other for the first time. These were great :)

p.s thanks to chris and david for being temporary assistants, i couldn’t have gotten these shots unless i had your expert shawl holding and blowing skills. “now look into each others eyes” :)

After doing some family and wedding party portraits, they started the ceremony

After the ceremony was the reception, their first dance, the toasts, the DJ and the maid of honor and all the festivities

In the end right before sunset we snook out and took some more pictures down by the orchard. We were out there for long enough that people started coming looking for us, lol

I hope the pictures speak for themselves about how beautiful it all was. Here’s a picture of the team right after wedding party portraits, zach and brianna the videographers, michael and tony assisting me, gaby ofcourse and lisa and vireak. Thanks for the remarkable day!
