Best of 2015 || Engagement Sessions

Happy new year folks, it’s the beginning of 2016 and we’re starting the beginning of the new season. We’re looking forward to breaking records and creating new stunning images. But it’s also a great time to look back on the last year and see some of the best moments. First up is the event that starts it all, engagement sessions! January is the biggest month for engagements as everyone is getting ready to create their save the dates and start planning their weddings for the year, so starting off The Best Of’s 2015 with best of engagements is only suiting.

There will be 8 sets of Best of’s this year for the 8 Parts of the Wedding that I love the most. Each part is just as important as the next and I look for different things in each: Engagements, Details, Getting Ready, Ceremony, Bridal Party, Bride and Groom, Reception, and the Party. Yolo! or YuLo actually. Its been a reoccurring theme that I ask my couples where they are in their wedding planning and I always find out that most of my couples haven’t decided on their most important wedding tasks: their wedding hashtag. LOL – alright so not as important, but definitely something that keeps all those instagram photos together. With that being said, I introduce to you Derrick and Tiffany, the YuLos, who have yolo’d their way into our hearts. I don’t care if i’m corny, just love these photos yah. Please enjoy!

Channary + Chris || Photo Teasers || Little Tokyo, Los Angeles

The thunderBoltz of love baby! Channary and Chris ran around Little Tokyo and Union Station with me last night and afterwards we talked about one of the most important things to do when planning your wedding: THE HASHTAG. Ok well its not THAT important but it does put all photos together that your friends and family have taken from the proposal to the bridal shower into the rehearsal dinner and beyond. Even asking your bridesmaids and groomsmen will have the hashtag, so its important to have one early so you can see all of your moments. In this case though, thinking of the hashtag wasn’t that hard and I hope they go with my suggestion of thethunderboltzoflove since Channary and Chris will be Mr and Mrs Boltz. Any other suggestions?
