After New York I flew home for a night and headed back up to San Francisco to make another shoot in the morning. It was a quick trip just to catch some morning SF light, but it turned into a photo walk around the city. I loved shooting freely without time constraints and am starting to find my passion for losing myself all over again. ;) Please enjoy these teasers, more to come soon!

Last week we jumped on a flight to New York, rented a car and drove it into Connecticut. We met up with Ellen and Abel for the first time at Woodwinds, a beautiful scenic wedding space and just started shooting. It’s rare that I don’t get to meet face to face with my couples or even through video chat, but when I met with Ellen and Abel it was like we were never strangers. I’m excited to show you these images from the beautiful state of Connecticut at an intimate wedding with the perfect weather. I can’t wait to shoot there again if i’m given the opportunity too and I have tons of shots to add to my portfolio, please enjoy these teasers!

Jackie and Viet literally met me in one of the most random places: A Clara C concert in San Diego. When I got to their wedding reception, I remembered how awesome that story was because they had the camel song playing during dinner :) They even sent me a photo I took of them back during that fortunate encounter and haven’t forgotten me since. Just shows the power of overmarketing yourself everywhere, something I totally lack these days as I don’t even carry a business card around anymore. :( But I’m so happy we met that day as Jackie and Viet are amazing and I love following them on instagram and all of Jackie’s fashion adventures. She has the coolest, hippest fashion IG (i’m old and don’t know how to describe being cool anymore) but I love following it. They’ve been so helpful, easy to work with, and welcoming, and I hope to see them again at any and all of their friend’s weddings :) Hope you enjoy this set!
