I have to admit this shoot was not what I expected. Fariza and Benjie were perfect, they knew how to pose, they were down for EVERYTHING, and even took us out afterwards and showed us around town where they both met and spent college. I love these shots and really took liberties with my edit, I’m really sad I myself won’t be shooting their wedding but my associate team will be there to represent. Hope you love these images! Destination weddings even just to San Francisco are always fun. My team flew up for the weekend Friday morning and came back Sunday night and we partied it up with Melinda and Louie. They had the most beautiful locations, The Palace Hotel in downtown SF, a ceremony at St. Patricks Cathedral, and a reception at Aracely Cafe on Treasure Island. I love my photos and I loved editing these and playing with colors so much.
Melinda and Louie, like i kept saying, you guys are super cool and I was lucky to be a part of your day. Hope to see you guys when you visit down south. More photos coming in a handful of weeks! Please enjoy!

We did it! In all my blogposts backlog I finally made it to the end of 2018! It’s perfect timing too because I just shot the grand opening of the Billie Jean King library in Long Beach and Robert presented the dedication of the library because I think that’s in his job description, you know, as the Mayor of Long Beach! ;)
So coincidentally after seeing him present, I get to post this wedding set of him and his partner Matthew. I got together with Robert and Matt last year through mutual friends in college and immediately they were so welcoming. They had a beautiful wedding at the Long Beach Museum of Art with their ceremony held at the First Congregational Church. The entire wedding was celebrated by everyone in Long Beach and I’m truly blessed to be able to cover something so special. Thank you Matt and Robert!
