So the end of our New York trip was capped off with a one on one session with my favorite photographer Todd Laffler. Todd has a style I love so much that I wanted to see the behind the scenes work and his thought process when shooting. I knew that by doing this I would be able to just come out with something to give my work a little edge, mixed with my own style. I tend to really follow the photographers I love and try to incorporate their styles along with my own to create something totally different. To me, Todd has such a great hold on composition and finding great light, that would help my entire shooting style. Meeting with Todd was definitely one of the best decisions I made. Here are some of the shots I took while shooting Andrea and Peter whose big day is this Saturday. I wish I could have been there in New York to help shoot their wedding, they were such a great couple to work with and had lots of patience while Todd was giving me the inside scoop on how he shoots.
