To accomplish my goal of literally catching up with editing, I’m hoping to post something everyday. Here’s day 2 of this whirlwind of a month with Sara and Brett’s engagement session. I kept telling Brett and Sara that I love simple places that I can really let my imagination run in, turning the ordinary into extraordinary. Brett and Sara met at the Middle Earth dorms on campus at UCI and so it was only right to start our shoot there. I think they were surprised on how many great spots there were just in that area alone. Can’t wait to show you these unique shots of my natural models and lovebirds, Sara and Brett. Please enjoy!

The New York posts are going to come rolling now that i’m back and i’ll have to double time the work if i want to get everything out as soon as possible. Here’s the first sneak peek of my NYC trip with Rowena and Miguel’s teasers. I’ll feed you all the amazing details for this e-sesh when everything is done, we have tons of photos you’re all going to love. Hopefully you’ll notice some landmark spots in these photos, but the real pleasure was the sheer amount of people around the city that are just so busy to notice a little camera, something so rare here in California. So last weekend was Michelle and Ryan’s big day. You might remember this couple from my aquarium of the pacific shoot. I loved shooting with Michelle and Ryan and just hanging out during our healthy food nights, and our soon to be unhealthy food nights and our random comic book runs among other things. I truly hope all my couples are as much in love as Ryan and Michelle, hope you enjoy these teasers and sorry they’re so late as New York hasn’t been very forgiving with my free time. Please enjoy!

Every wedding photographer gets to that time period when all their old friends start to get married, I’m starting to really see it now as I’ve been meeting with so many of my high school and college buddies. Just this last week I got together with Rae and Jason who’ve I’ve known since my first year of college and will be shooting there wedding this coming September. We hit up some really great spots that meant alot to the both of them and created some really unique images. Can’t wait to show you these. Till then, please enjoy.

This Saturday was Erilen and Juan’s big day which I got to celebrate with some old familiar faces, Erilen’s sister Justine (whose wedding I did last fall) and family & friends were all present. It was nice reconnecting and definitely the type of wedding atmosphere I love love love. I’ve never been so relaxed shooting and I owe it all to them and their party and guests. I can already see it reflected in all the photos i’ve picked out, especially these! See you guys in a few weeks! Please enjoy!

I had this Easter weekend off from weddings with a sudden reschedule for a few months from now, but I gladly filled it in with an awesome couple and friends of mine, Keena and Allen. Keena chose the Santa Ana Zoo as her backdrop and just wanted to have a nice natural but unique location. Soratha and Patrick tied the knot this weekend with a two day wedding celebration. You might remember Soratha and Patrick from the proposal and engagement session I did a couple months ago. There wedding was beautiful, from multiple ceremonies and traditional wardrobes to dragon dancers and a garden set exchange of vows. So here’s a serious teaser set for you guys, so much that I didn’t even post my favorite photo of the wedding and I decided to save that reveal for when everything is done. These photos I’m sharing with you today though really stood out to me and I’m glad I can share them with you. We had so much fun at Christina and Brian’s wedding this weekend, everyone was so much fun and really welcoming. Thanks Christina and Brian for having such an amazing wedding. Christine and Tim’s was my first official wedding of 2012. I started a little later than most wedding photogs I think, BUT i’ll be running through the entire year non stop. I’m glad to know that it didn’t feel like I missed a beat from my last wedding on December 30 last year and I came in with the right mentality. Christine and Tim were so afraid of the rain this last weekend, but we were so lucky the sun came out for an incredibly sunny day on Sunday. In the end finding good light wasn’t hard, just had to work the right angles. I’m excited to show you this amazing set, but once again you’ll have to wait a few weeks. Thanks again for being my first wedding of the year guys! Please enjoy these teasers.
